I Know The Chief

D0gjl43laq6c3uza817n

Melbourne psychedelic indie rockers, I Know The Chief, are gearing up to keep the van rolling in 2019. The past couple years have seen the trio release singles, “Miami” garnering the group almost 300,000 plays on Spotify, and “Stay Coloured”, seeing massive success with over 1 million hits, as well as the most recent release, an EP titled "Everything's Under Control". With this foray into the world of psychedelic-pop, I Know The Chief have solidified themselves and their newest release as a force to be reckoned with. With heavyweight support slots under their belt as well as playing some of Australia's favourite festivals, I Know The Chief are no strangers to curating your perfect summer playlist. Even having Nylon instruct “If someone asks you what Summer sounds like, play them I Know The Chief”. Their latest EP "Everything's under Control" dropped recently, with a signature twist on psychedelic indie-dance, I Know The Chief continues to deliver a sound that will have listeners pumping the summer vibes year round.

Talk Time

TALK TIME was created from scratch in a warehouse in the Lincoln Heights neighborhood of East Los Angeles, California. The band channeled their love for catchy yet experimental pop resulting in an exciting lush sound that filters their influences through laid back Californian sensibilities. Part of the way through the writing process, TALK TIME attracted the attention of producer/engineer Matt (Math) Bishop (Silversun Pickups, Two Door Cinema Club, The Killers). Math was brought on to engineer and co-produce a batch of songs, all available now on their debut EP Year of Self.
