The Wednesday Addams - (Set time: 10:00 PM)
The Wednesday Addams
The Wednesday Addams is an Alternative Rock group from Los Angeles, that’s fronted by English vocalist, Danni Sweet (aka Danni McCormack) Some may remember Danni from the BBC show, “My Parents Are Aliens”. After moving on from the successful show, she found herself singing and hosting Cabaret and Burlesque revues and performing at the Glastonbury Festival numerous times. Danni also worked with Geordie Walker from Killing Joke on his solo album in 2013.

In 2014 Danni moved to Los Angeles and met guitarist, K Bombay (The Black Marquee) in the summer of 2016. And this is the beginning of The Wednesday Addams. The group is joined by bassist Jesus Rauda (Glitter Trash) and drummer Max D'Anda (Symmetry). Their sound is moody pop that's equal parts 90's indie rock and 80's Goth/Dark Wave.

The quartet is scheduled to released their debut single, “Lips of Mine” on iTunes and Spotify on September 14th, 2017. A full length album is anticipated in in Summer of 2018.

You want some action? Barrio Tiger brings the action, so pay attention...

Founding members Calixto Hernandez and gunslinger Jimmy James handle the vocals and dual guitar attack, while the rhythm section, consisting of Sean Agopian on bass and Mark Benquechea on drums, holds down the backbone. Together these four guys are a staple in the new movement of the garage punk n’ roll scene that’s taking form around Los Angeles and have been putting in the work. Since the release of their debut full length, Ave Maria on Spanish label, Ghost Highway Recordings, in Spring, 2017 Barrio Tiger has had a successful four country tour of Europe as well as U.S. dates in support of this offering. Mexico City and other select dates in Latin America and the States are in the works through Bomber Booking for 2018, including a Punk Rock Bowling kickoff with Agent Orange in Vegas in May. Their debut full length, Ave Maria, is no Hail Mary! This is a furious sonic assault consisting of ten of full throttled guitar rockers, and anthemic, shout along choruses (“Let’s Play Dumb”, “Dying To Live”) so get hip to it. Raw riffs and hooks from Calixto and Jimmy echo the classic dual guitar sounds of Thin Lizzy by way of the Supersuckers. Their incendiary live shows have been captured in high fidelity form and fitting production style compliments of producer/engineer Ian MacGregor at Greg Wells’ (producer for Adele, Katy Perry) Rocket Carousel studios in Culver City and BT’s own Grammy award winning (Chris Stapleton, Jason Isbell) Pete Lyman at the mastering helm over at Infrasonic Mastering. Below is a sample of what the press has to say about Barrio Tiger and their new album, Ave Maria!!!
