The Satellite Presents

King Leg Residency

A high plains rocker born near the west roads of Nebraska, the young Leggin’ kicked up the dust and moonwalked atop the sod. By the tender age of eight, he discovered abilities lingering in his limber legs, swivel hips, and ankles while imitating the King himself; thereon, he’d carry a comb to coif his Elvisian pomp. Soon after, he’d pluck his first chords on the guitar. He was certain he found his calling.

Photo Ops

Los Angeles singer/songwriter Terry Price creates achingly beautiful, folk-tinged dream pop under the name Photo Ops. His voice is unmistakable - resonant and clear with an edge of suffering. The songs are compact and upbeat, richly textured, and full of lyrical insights about beauty, pain, and the connections between people.

Taylor Locke

Taylor Locke is a producer, engineer, guitarist, singer, songwriter and performer. He owns and operates the Velveteen Laboratory studio, in Los Feliz. He recently produced records for Cullen Omori, Bloodboy, Geographer, The Midnight Club, and Human Resources. As a performing guitarist Taylor recently toured Europe, Japan and the US with glam-rock legends, Sparks. He co-wrote and stars as Lindsey Buckingham in Don’t Stop! The Musical, a Fleetwood Mac parody that performs regularly at Largo. In 1999 Taylor co-founded the band Rooney. He has recently completed solo work, and is now performing live again.
