Send Medicine
Send Medicine
SEND MEDICINE began as the solo project for Toronto based singer/songwriter Julian Hacquebard in the summer of 2012. Julian then moved to Los Angeles, shaping a sound that LA Record called "a heady mix of psych, blues, folk and surf - a winning combination". Since, the band has expanded to a full lineup, with a live show featuring percussion, backing vocals, and theremin.

SEND MEDICINE has performed at Echo Park Rising, Summer Sweat 2015, The Satellite, The Bootleg Theater, and at Jam in the Van at Green in Pasadena. The band has been featured on Indie FM’s Buzzbands, The Deli’s Band of the Month, Hype Machine, Live on KSPC 88.7, KBeach Radio, and more.

In 2016, the band released their debut album “Scary Aquarius Daughter”, featuring lead single “July Eyes” and follow-up “Tall Flowers”. The album was performed by Salvatore Romano (Drums), Ryan Glennan (Percussion), Lauren Grimaldi (Percussion), Aaron Stern (Bass), and Connor Hill (Guitar).

Wam Dingis
"Wam Dingis is the Los Angeles art rock foursome composed of Jor Avila, Mindy Dymin, Darren Cochran, and Angela Vasquez. With gleefully warbled guitars, swirling strings, scorching keys and frenetic rhythms, Wam Dingis conjures melodic art rock with undeniable pop hooks and an energy that’s contagious.

Wam Dingis is the is the friction between silk and velvet. The mixture of pink and lime green. The image you must cross your eyes to see. Wam Dingis is the flight of champagne bubbles. The squeal of a tea kettle. The dream you remember having. The animal that pets you." - Christian Koons of Flood Magazine, The Dinner Party, and Goon.
Cuesta Loeb
NYC native, Christina Cuesta Loeb (who dropped the "Christina" for her debut solo project) comes from a family of musicians. Born to world-renown jazz guitarist Chuck Loeb and Spanish singer-songwriter/actress Carmen Cuesta, she grew up between the US and Spain, studying classical flute and bassoon. While she really enjoyed performing and playing in orchestras, Cuesta Loeb was unable to find her voice in classical music. In 2015, she moved to Los Angeles and began experimenting in her own songwriting and production.

Inspired by Green Day, The Smashing Pumpkins, Fiona Apple, and (early) Sheryl Crow, she combined her love of dark, haunting melodies with dreamy, etherial instrumentation and vocals. She found her home somewhere in the world of Dream Pop, with a blend of everything from acoustic ukuleles to Shoegaze-heavy guitars. From this, she self-produced and recorded her first 4 track EP, Dive, to be independently released in September of 2016.
